Job Title
Communications Department Student Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Proofread weekly newsletter
- Attend Department events for social media documentation (Concerts, masterclasses, etc.)
- Spearhead initiatives to increase engagement on Department social media pages
- Share Department announcements on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
- Support on campus events as needed (setup, breakdown, hanging posters around campus, etc.)
- Strong writing/proofreading skills for newsletter
- Punctual, organized and self‑motivated
- In‑touch with Composition Department activities
- Fluency in poster design software (Canva)
- Innovative ideas for social media (Instagram and Facebook)
