Social Media Marketing Specialist

As the Social Media Content Specialist, you will lead the creation of high‑quality social content for Immersity. You will oversee the company’s social presence—from copywriting, graphic design and photo or video editing for post creation, to publishing and monitoring performance.

• Manage social media across multiple platforms, engaging with the community and monitoring brand sentiment.
• Create high‑quality social video content from raw footage to final delivery.
• Optimize content for platform‑specific formats (Linked In, X, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok).
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, sales, and leadership on content needs
• Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround times.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2‑4 years of experience in social media and/or video editing
• Strong strategic thinking across product, business, and communication
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Fast learner with strong interest in emerging technologies
• Self‑starter with a high level of professionalism and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience in a start‑up environment strongly preferred.

• Video Editing
  :
  Strong experience with short‑ and long‑form video editing; skilled in captions, motion graphics, and fast‑paced editing. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Social Content
  :
  Strong understanding of social media trends and video performance. Experienced in repurposing content into scalable high‑retention social assets. Familiarity with Linked In and B2B content requirements.
• Creative & Technical
  :
  Ability to turn technical topics into clear, engaging content with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.
• AI & Tech
  :
  Experience or interest in AI, AI editing tools, spatial computing, or emerging tech.
• Collaboration
  :
  Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and executive content.

This role requires 3 days per week in our Nashua NH location.
