Event & Studio Support Specialist
Delivers support for live events, executive sessions, and studio-based production environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end event support (setup, execution, teardown)
- Support hybrid events (in-person + virtual)
- Manage studio production workflows (live + recorded)
- Provide VIP/executive support during critical events
- Coordinate with marketing, communications, and business teams
Key
Skills:
- Live event production and AV operations
- Studio tools and workflows (audio/video mixing, switching) - Tri Caster Production, Multi-Cam
- Hybrid event platforms (Teams/Zoom/Vbrick)
- Podcast Bean & Poll Everywhere Audience Response System
- Ability to operate in high-pressure, zero-failure environments
Certifications (Preferred):
Relevant AVIXA certification (CTS) Event production certifications (nice to have)
Education:
Bachelor's / Diploma in Media, AV Production, or related field
