Key Responsibilities- Visual Design & Formatting:
Design, lay out, and format graphic files to exact print and digital specifications, meticulously upholding brand alignment and quality standards. - Client
Collaboration:
Partner directly with internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships to align on project vision, scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Multichannel Asset Creation:
Develop custom graphics, illustrations, diagrams, and high-impact presentations with a powerful visual story flow that resonates across various channels. - Project Management:
Masterfully manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently, taking full ownership of deliverables and proactively communicating any changes, scope shifts, or resource needs. - Brand Governance:
Become an expert in multiple visual brands and style guides, applying a sophisticated understanding of typography, layout, and content-to-graphics ratios to every design. - Workflow Integration:
Maintain meticulous project tracking and file protocol within project management software, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient team operations.
- Experience:
5+ years of dynamic experience within an in-house creative department, design agency, or marketing communications environment. - Corporate Branding:
Proven track record of designing highly compelling visual communications that strictly adhere to corporate identity guidelines while maintaining creative excellence. - Software Expertise:
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, demonstrating mastery of these essential design tools. - Presentation Mastery:
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on building advanced, impactful presentations, particularly in PowerPoint. - OS Environment:
Comfort and proficiency working seamlessly in a Windows/PC-based environment. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable professional work experience. - Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of deliverables created within a structured brand framework, highlighting your creative capabilities and brand adherence.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD.
- Demonstrated experience in environmental design, such as facility branding or trade show displays.
- Experience utilizing Workfront or similar enterprise project management software.
