• Provide end-to-end support for live events, including setup, execution, monitoring, and teardown.
• Support hybrid events involving both in-person and virtual attendees.
• Operate studio production environments for live and recorded sessions.
• Manage audio/video mixing, switching, and multi-camera production using Tri Caster.
• Deliver VIP and executive support during business-critical events.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, and Business teams.
• Ensure seamless event execution in high-pressure, zero-failure environments.
• Troubleshoot AV and streaming issues in real time.
