Berklee College of Music is seeking Graduate Assistants/Assistant Musical Directors to provide inclusive musical theatre training for 12–14-year-olds under faculty supervision.
Key responsibilities include coaching dance and ensemble work, offering feedback, and organizing discussions on contemporary industry topics. Candidates must be current Berklee students with strong interpersonal skills, comfort with musical theatre, and a minimum GPA of 2.0.
This position offers an hourly rate of $20.60 and includes mentorship and professional development opportunities.
