Eligibility Requirements
- Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
- Enrolled at least half‑time in a degree, diploma, or certificate‑seeking undergraduate or graduate program.
- Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled; in this case, the student must be pre‑registered for the upcoming fall semester. This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters.
- Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
- Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
- A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester.
- Federal Work Study students may apply.
- In good disciplinary standing.
- Must be located in the U.S.
- Scheduling artists to film promo reels.
- Interviewing artists for each show.
- Editing and posting Instagram reels.
- Help with new marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas to film and edit outside of interviews.
- Taking quality photos at two shows a week.
- Choosing potential pictures to be edited and posted from the shows you photographed.
- Participate in the show selection process.
- Attend a one‑hour marketing meeting each week.
- Attend training sessions at the start of your time working.
- Two night shows a week – 5 hours.
- Six promo reels a week – 2 hours.
- One weekly meeting with the Marketing Team – 1 hour.
- Office hours – 2 hours.
- Editing and additional work – 4 hours.
- Total hours per week: 14.
- Hourly Rate: $16.97.
- Proficiency in Cap Cut for video editing.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong screen presence and interview skills.
- Familiarity with Calendly for scheduling.
- Basic skills in photography with a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
- Commitment to punctuality and meeting deadlines.
- Organization.
