Make nuanced editorial decisions around wording, tone, clarity, and structure

Review complex or ambiguous AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency

Provide clear, structured feedback and well-reasoned rationale for edits

Uphold high writing standards across diverse, large-scale content tasks

Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Advanced English writing and editing experience with a strong editorial instinct

Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field

Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment on complex content

Comfortable handling ambiguous or nuanced writing challenges

Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision

No prior AI experience required

Background in professional editing, publishing, or content quality assurance

Experience developing or applying editorial style guides

Familiarity with AI writing tools or content evaluation workflows
