Introduction

Create Content With a Purpose — Join D50 Media's Media Production Team

D50 Media is a mission-driven integrated marketing and communications agency dedicated to informing, educating, and empowering individuals facing unexpected life challenges, from families dealing with birth injuries to veterans battling preventable illness. We produce social, digital, and broadcast content that reaches and moves real people when they need it most. If you're a video producer with a few years of experience under your belt and you're ready to bring your talents to a team where creativity drives meaningful outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • This is a mid-level (2-4 years’ experience), hands-on Associate Video Producer role reporting to the Video & Graphics Manager. The role blends creative production management with hands‑on editing and motion graphics and owns post-production while supporting concept development and execution across campaigns.
  • The Associate Video Producer plays a key role in bringing creative ideas to life across broadcast, web, and social platforms. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to shape, develop, and execute high‑impact creative campaigns, guiding ideas from concept through completion.
  • This hands‑on position is involved in every stage of production, including pre‑production planning, on‑set production, and post‑production delivery. The Video Producer may lead or support on‑location and in‑studio shoots, coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed. Occasional travel may be required.
  • This role supports marketing and business objectives by producing video assets that drive engagement, lead generation, and positive customer behavior, either as standalone pieces or as part of integrated campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver and collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the motivation to take ownership of projects from start to finish. You're equally at home producing an AI avatar‑based social video, cutting a 30‑second TV spot, and capturing a client testimonial, sometimes all in the same day.
  • You'll be joining a close‑knit production team that collaborates daily with other departments and external partners to create compelling content for clients in the legal industry.
Principal Duties
  • Perform video post‑production tasks including footage review, rough cuts, audio mixing, color correction, and final delivery using Adobe Creative Suite, under the direction of the Video & Graphics Manager.
  • Assist in the creation of motion graphics, lower thirds, and simple animations to support video projects.
  • Support studio and field‑based productions, including camera setup, lighting assistance, audio recording, and general on‑set support.
  • Deliver final video assets according to platform specifications, brand standards, and best practices for broadcast, digital, and social channels.
  • Assist in managing and organizing the agency's growing media library.
  • Support the production team in pre‑production tasks such as shot lists, scheduling, and asset gathering.
  • Stay current on emerging tools and platforms, including AI‑enabled video and audio tools, and contribute feedback as part of the team's workflow discussions.
  • Contribute to additional creative initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in video production, media, film, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years of professional video production and editing experience (agency, post‑production, or in‑house environment preferred).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Media Encoder;…
