Real Chemistry is looking for a Post Producer to join our growing team! 21

GRAMS, Real Chemistry's advertising agency, has done a lot in its first 5+ years. Known for our creativity, 21

GRAMS has been ranked a top 3 most creative health agency in the world by Cannes Lions (with 100% regulated, real client work). We aren't creative-led, account-led or led by any specific department. It takes a team to do ambitious things, and our ambition is to help people connect with healthcare – by making advertising less of an interruption and more worth people's time because it actually gets them.

As an agency with the full capabilities of Real Chemistry at our fingertips, we've got endless potential.

ROOM
42, Real Chemistry's in-house production company, is hiring a client-facing Post Producer to produce multiple competing projects in collaboration with other Producers and multiple stakeholders throughout this fun and collaborative agency environment. You will be very experienced in estimating, organizing and balancing priorities in the advertising editing and finishing world. You will feel comfortable briefing and managing editors, animators, AI artists and audio team members, while also managing the high expectations of Creative, Account Management and Executive Producers.

You align with our team Mantra of: 'Be hard on the work, but be good to each other'.

This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborating with Producers, Directors, Editors, Designers, Animators, AI Artists, and Audio Engineers to produce high quality content for multiple platforms.
  • Assessing new project scopes and creating/maintaining project budgets, schedules and deliverables.
  • Interfacing with clients, tracking changes, and quality control.
  • Developing, maintaining, and building our internal freelance artist database.
  • Managing projects, artists, and freelance scheduling for in-house projects.
  • Providing clear and timely communicated realities, solutions, and opportunities in all facets of the post process.
  • Actualizing ongoing projects to ensure accuracy in invoicing and efficient use of staff/freelance time.
  • Forging strong relationships with clients, post production and support partners.
  • Contributing positively to the company culture and business development efforts.

This position is a perfect fit for you if:

  • Our Company values, Best Together, Impact Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an "I", genuinely resonate with how you work and lead.
  • You demonstrate the Real Chemistry Can mindset by approaching challenges with optimism, accountability, creativity, and a solutions-oriented attitude, always looking for ways to make a meaningful impact for our clients, colleagues, and communities.
  • You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As our business grows and changes, so do we.
  • You are proactive, driven, and resourceful, with strong prioritization skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to leverage data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
  • You are energized by innovation and the transformative potential of AI, actively exploring new technologies, identifying opportunities to work smarter, and championing practical, responsible AI adoption that drives meaningful business impact.

What you should have:

  • 4+ years professional experience working in the production industry (Healthcare Agency experience a plus, but not a requirement).
  • Strong understanding of broadcast, digital, social, and standard delivery specs.
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of post budgets and be skilled in scheduling for post timelines.

  • Strong sense of urgency with sensitivity to time pressures and multiple deadlines.
  • Able and used to working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire for long-term growth.
  • Passion for the creative process and interest in working with creatives and artists.
