UX/UI Design Intern – Digital Experience Team, Boston, MA.

• Conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX researchers, industrial designers, engineers, and strategists, to define and execute design solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes, test usability, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling.
• Develop clean, modern, and scalable design systems while maintaining consistency across different platforms and touchpoints.
• Articulate design decisions, present work to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.

• Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for designing user‑first digital experiences.
• Standout portfolio showcasing UI design, UX research, interaction design, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations) and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Ability to create and work with design systems and component libraries.

• Interest in Generative AI applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Vizcom, etc.).
• Basic understanding of front‑end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).
