UX/UI Design Intern – Digital Experience Team, Boston, MA.
Responsibilities- Conduct user research, develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX researchers, industrial designers, engineers, and strategists, to define and execute design solutions.
- Create interactive prototypes, test usability, and iterate based on user feedback.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling.
- Develop clean, modern, and scalable design systems while maintaining consistency across different platforms and touchpoints.
- Articulate design decisions, present work to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
- Degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for designing user‑first digital experiences.
- Standout portfolio showcasing UI design, UX research, interaction design, and high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations) and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Ability to create and work with design systems and component libraries.
- Interest in Generative AI applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Vizcom, etc.).
- Basic understanding of front‑end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).

Massachusetts Hourly Rate: $26.00 - High: $30.00
