The Production Artist/Designer is responsible for preparing, adapting, and delivering creative assets across print and digital channels. With an emphasis on production execution, this role supports the creative team by translating approved concepts into accurate, polished, and production-ready deliverables. The role also provides design support for select projects, including layout development, asset adaptation, and template-based design.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and eager to develop their design and production skills within a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment. Responsibilities :
Adapt approved creative assets for a variety of digital and print formats, including resizing and versioning as needed.
Build production-ready files that align with brand guidelines, creative direction, technical specifications, and delivery requirements.
Conduct preflight and quality-control reviews, making necessary adjustments to layouts, typography, imagery, color, copy, and file specifications to ensure accurate print and digital output.
Create, modify, and organize assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Develop and maintain templates, components, style systems, asset libraries, and other resources that support brand consistency and efficient production workflows.
Maintain organized working and final files according to established file structures and naming conventions.
Provide design support for select projects, including basic layouts, presentations, asset creation, and adaptations of established creative concepts.
Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, and project partners to clarify requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage revisions accurately and efficiently.
Manage multiple assignments, prioritize work effectively, meet deadlines, and
communicate potential timing or production issues.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience as a Production Artist, Designer, or in a similar role within an agency or in-house creative team.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and print and digital production processes, including layout, typography, color, file preparation, resolution, formats, and output specifications.
Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional teams.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable approach to changing project requirements.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $31.50-$33/hr pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
