CTP Boston is seeking a Senior Art Director to join our creative team. You will take briefs, distill them to core ideas, and turn them into work that inspires across print, digital, and video.
As a senior contributor, you will lead ideas from concept through execution, elevate creativity, and help shape strategic outputs.
You’ll collaborate with writers, strategists, and production teams, stay hands-on, and mentor peers while exploring emerging tools, including AI.
