Join our client’s dedicated team as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Services Representative and become a vital part of a non‑profit organization. This position is a 4+ month contract assignment.

Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour*

  • Rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate outreach efforts by engaging with potential and current clients through phone calls, mailings, and face‑to‑face meetings to promote programs.
  • Manage client inquiries efficiently and conduct follow‑up communications as needed.
  • Conduct in‑person client interviews, complete applications, and gather necessary documentation for processing.
  • Track and expedite application follow‑ups to secure additional information when required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  • Coordinate outreach, education, and intake activities across all programs.
  • Record, refer, and resolve calls appropriately.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties related to energy program support as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work sensitively with clients from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Reliable and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
