Airport Terminal Services - Up to $22.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate;
Process reservations, tickets, fares, refunds, and baggage handling;
Handle lost and found, baggage tracing, and claims;
Answer inquiries regarding flight schedules and fares and provide travel information;
Coordinate communication between gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors while following safety and security procedures
