Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry-Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions, appointment coordination, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Schedule landscaping and maintenance appointments
- Maintain customer records and service updates
- Support billing inquiries and appointment confirmations
- Coordinate with field teams regarding scheduling changes
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Deliver professional and timely customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Pay: $18 - $27 per hour
- Full-time stable schedule
