Mass General Brigham (Enterprise Services) is seeking an Operator I to join their call center team in Boston. The Operator will be responsible for managing calls efficiently, providing exemplary customer service, and handling confidential patient information.
Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and typing skills. This is a full-time on-site position, working 40 hours a week from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
