Position Summary
The Concierge is responsible for answering club phone calls, concierge emails and texts, securing dining and amenity reservations, assisting with administrative tasks, and most importantly, being the first face members and guests see upon entering the club. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Thursday until 9 pm, Friday‑Saturday until 10 pm, and Sunday until 9 pm. This position is part‑time with the opportunity of going full‑time in the future.
The Role- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to work well with a team and independently.
- Must be a self‑motivator who can prioritize tasks independently.
- Ability to multitask in a high‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional written communication and proper phone etiquette.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a strong knowledge of the club's amenities and membership.
- Stay current with club services and offerings.
- Provide office support to management.
- Maintain a professional manner, emphasizing hospitality for both members & guests.
- Meet and exceed members' expectations and provide solutions to requests.
- Previous work experience is required.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google programs.
