Citizens Bank is looking for a Director of Customer Experience in Boston. The successful candidate will create and maintain a clear articulation of client expectations, lead programs that improve customer experience, and drive consistent evaluations of customer journeys.

With over 10 years of experience in customer experience or related fields, the candidate should have strong leadership skills and expertise in service design. This position offers a competitive salary range between $216,000 and $267,000 per year, plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
