Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Boston.   • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support clients throughout the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to follow-up assistance.
