Process ticket orders and collect payments from guests, following cash handling procedures;
Greet customers and provide information about venue and events;
Direct guests to key locations (restrooms, VIP areas, coat checks) and assist with seating;
Monitor guest conduct and ensure safety and ADA compliance;
Assist with VIP services and event-specific procedures (wristbands, entry, etc.)
