Job Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and patience
- Provide technical support for online ordering systems and customer account issues
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Document customer interactions and contribute to improving our service processes
- Some experience in restaurant or retail customer service environments
- Previous customer support role tenure of at least 18 months
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate difficult situations
- Strong communication skills and patience when dealing with frustrated customers
