Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The opportunity
Delaware North Boston Holdings is hiring part‑time Box Office Representatives to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Box Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and distributing tickets for events at TD Garden, as well as troubleshooting ticketing‑related issues, and responding to event‑day guest inquiries.

What will you do?- Process task management via the ticketing system.
- Utilize multiple ticket host systems for ticket purchase processing and distribution; coordinate issue resolution with management.
- Manage box office phone lines such as ADA line, Game Night, in‑house turnstile support.
- Manage box office email in‑boxes; respond professionally, thoroughly, and in line with guest service expectations.
- Communicate effectively with guests via telephone, email, and in‑person while assisting with ticket purchasing, refunds, exchanges, accessibility needs, and general ticketing resolution.
- Support internal team members in researching account or ticket issues.
- Available to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience with cash management and payment management.
- Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, with a passion for problem‑solving.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly.
- Ability to use all Ticketmaster systems and have basic computer skills, including email.
- Able to work well in a team environment, have problem‑solving skills, and have professional communication skills.
- Must be able to work in close quarters and shared office space.
- Able to perform all duties in an environment that includes extreme to dim lighting, including strobes, varying noise levels, large crowds, and hot‑to‑cold temperatures.
