- Respond to client inquiries related to custody operations in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and ensure service delivery

- Utilize internal systems and tools to track, manage, and resolve requests
- Introduce and guide clients on new technology tools and solutions

- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of business operations or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Internship or experience in financial services, operations, or client support
- Exposure to reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives
