Pella Insurance Agency in Brighton is growing our team, and we are seeking a Full Time Customer Service Representative to grow with us. We pride ourselves on personalized service and are looking for someone detail oriented and driven to provide exceptional, individualized service. As our new Customer Service Representative, you will provide clients with the right policies to cover what matters most to them.

Your ability to build rapport and maintain a professional demeanor will help you build trust with our clients, retaining their business for years to come. • Use your skills to create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
• Each interaction is an opportunity to educate and advise clients.
• Utilize your attention to detail to issue insurance documentation, update client information, and assist with payments.
• Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up with your quality rapport building talents.

• Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A detail oriented team player with a positive attitude.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
• Property & Casualty License a Plus!
