EF Go Ahead Tours in Cambridge, MA is seeking a bilingual Traveler Support Specialist (Spanish/English) to own the pre-departure experience, personalizing journeys and resolving complex traveler issues with empathy and care.
You will use AI tools to understand travelers and support them across phone, email, and chat, with a hybrid schedule—office Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
