Full job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to serve as a key point of contact for customer service at Tee Commerce. This role is responsible for assisting shoppers with questions about their orders and guiding them through and executing on the return and exchange process. By providing responsive, friendly support, the person in this position will help ensure a positive post-purchase experience that reflects the high standards of each club's brand.
In addition, this role takes ownership of the shop-building operation, creating and managing online stores for new clients as well as optimizing and updating existing shops to ensure ongoing success. You will also work closely with both new and existing clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide ongoing support for their online stores.
This role offers broad exposure across the company. The person in this position will collaborate with our Sales, Shop Success, and Operations teams, ensuring that each online store is optimized for both a seamless customer experience and efficient fulfillment by our production team. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to assist with ad-hoc company-wide projects as needed, contributing to the overall growth and success of Tee Commerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Customers Directly: Assist shoppers with questions about their orders, providing timely and helpful responses that ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Facilitate Returns & Exchanges: Guide customers through the return and exchange process, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues smoothly and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Drive Shop Building Success: Own the shop-building function, creating high-quality online stores for new clients and continuously refining existing shops to improve performance, meet client needs, and contribute to overall company growth.
- Manage Client Onboarding & Shop Setup: Work closely with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, gathering vital shop data, including logo information, product preferences, and customization details.
- Provide Excellent Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for shop-related inquiries, updates, and troubleshooting, ensuring a high level of responsiveness, accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process and a great customer experience.
- Assist with Special Projects: Support various company-wide initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success and growth of Tee Commerce.

Experience with Airtable, Zendesk, Canva, or Shopify is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential. - Data Organization & Reporting

Comfort working with spreadsheets or databases to track client updates and store modifications. - Interest in Golf & the Golf Industry
: A passion for golf or familiarity with the industry is a plus, but not required.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
