Handle reservations for both Four Seasons One Dalton and Four Seasons New York Downtown;
Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests;
Call to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations;
Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior, address any reoccurring issues;
Coordinate details of each reservation and communicate special requests to appropriate teams
