Ticket representatives can generally expect to work a minimum of 6 hours per week and, on rare occasion, a maximum of 20 hours per week (6-12 hours is a more typical range). Hours are dependent on event schedule and individual availability. There is some flexibility as we try our best to accommodate individual scheduling needs.

Pay is $17.00/hour with opportunities for advancement after 3+ months.

  • Stay informed of our programming and policies and be comfortable talking about them with patrons and colleagues
  • Be responsible for handling sensitive financial information, multiple payment forms (credit cards, cash, checks), and confidential patron data
