Hire and train non-Food & Beverage night-of-show premium positions for the Premium Club and Premium Seat locations;
Lead and manage a group of 10+ to execute premium hospitality;
Serve as the main liaison between Premium Seat Services and operations;
Conduct pre-shift meetings and assign roles across boxes, club seats, Premium club, and entrance gates;
Monitor premium locations throughout events and relay post-show feedback to the team
