Utility Rep

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Utility Rep to support our environmental services and recycling operations. In this role, you'll coordinate service requests, assist with routing and scheduling, and provide frontline support to industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. You'll help track pickups, used oil and waste streams, and parts cleaning services while maintaining accurate records and safety documentation. Working closely with drivers, technicians, and sales, you ensure efficient, compliant service delivery that supports our safety-first, environmentally responsible culture and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process customer service requests for environmental and recycling services
• Support routing and scheduling of pickups, deliveries, and field service work
• Maintain accurate service records, tickets, and compliance documentation
• Communicate with drivers, technicians, and sales to ensure timely service
• Monitor used oil, waste streams, and parts cleaning service activity
• Provide frontline customer support and issue resolution
• Promote and follow safety-first and environmental compliance procedures
• Use computer and mobile systems to update orders and track service status
