+ Prior experience working in a construction site environment, with an understanding of field operations, construction processes, and job site coordination.

+ Ability to interpret and review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and project plans to verify work is being completed in accordance with design intent.

+ Comfortable working independently within an established scope of work while effectively identifying issues, tracking progress, and escalating concerns when necessary.

+ Strong attention to detail with the ability to observe site conditions, document findings, and communicate project updates to the broader team.

+ Capable of balancing field observations with project documentation to support successful project execution.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
