Construction Administrator

AEC Industry Project Support Representative

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting projects within the AEC industry.

Serve as the onsite representative for a high-profile project in East Boston.

Track project progress through daily reporting, site documentation, and photo logs while partnering closely with the Senior Construction Administrator to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Prior experience working in a construction site environment, with an understanding of field operations, construction processes, and job site coordination.

Ability to interpret and review construction documents, drawings, specifications, and project plans to verify work is being completed in accordance with design intent.

Comfortable working independently within an established scope of work while effectively identifying issues, tracking progress, and escalating concerns when necessary.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to observe site conditions, document findings, and communicate project updates to the broader team.

Capable of balancing field observations with project documentation to support successful project execution.

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position in Boston,MA.
