Join Royale Company, a leader in high-rise staffing solutions, as a Concierge at our luxury condominiums and complexes at Waltham, MA. As a Concierge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a delightful experience for our clients and their guests.Responsibilities:
- Meeting, greeting, and directing residents and guests
- Verifying and recording visitor information
- Answering calls professionally and assisting callers with directions
- Receiving and processing incoming mail/packages
- Monitoring lobby traffic and notifying residents of arrivals
- Maintaining logbooks for visitors and contractors
- Proven customer service experience
- Detail-oriented and professional
- Friendly, outgoing, and personable
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Monday
- Friday - Full-time, 8AM-4PM
- This job is going to work at Waltham, MA. NOT IN BOSTON
- Paid training
