Data Quest Ltd., a Massachusetts-based investigative agency serving clients since 1981, is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Mystery Shopping Auditors throughout Boston and the surrounding communities.

Looking for a flexible way to earn extra income on your own schedule? Our per-assignment opportunities allow you to select audits that fit your interests, availability, and preferred locations.

Once registered and approved as a Data Quest Mystery Shopping Auditor, you will gain access to available assignments throughout the Greater Boston area. Browse upcoming opportunities and request assignments that interest you. There is no requirement to accept a minimum number of assignments or commit to a regular schedule.

Our investigative assignments include a variety of industries and scenarios, such as:

• Hotels & Hospitality:
  Evaluate guest experiences, service standards, and employee performance.
• Restaurants & Bars:
  Assess customer service, food and beverage operations, and cash-handling procedures.
• Retail Stores:
  Evaluate employee interactions, customer service, and compliance with company policies.
• Parking Facilities:
  Assess valet services, parking operations, employee integrity, and customer service.
• Entertainment & Attractions:
  Evaluate experiences at movie theaters, museums, and other venues.

Assignments vary in duration, location, compensation, and reimbursement allowances.

We are looking for individuals who are observant, dependable, and capable of providing accurate, objective reports. Ideal candidates possess strong written communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow assignment instructions while maintaining confidentiality. Previous mystery shopping experience is welcome but not required.

This is a flexible, per-assignment opportunity—not a traditional hourly or regularly scheduled position.
