Dental Office Manager - Private Dental Practice | Boston, MA

Location: Boston, MA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Manage business and administrative functions
  • Process and follow up on insurance claims
  • Manage accounts receivable and collections
  • Lead and support the team while fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout
Qualifications

Dental experience is required.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous Dental Office Manager experience (and/or)
  • Strong front office dental experience
  • Thorough understanding of dental insurance, billing, and collections
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
