Join a busy, growing dental practice while providing patient focused care daily. Teamsters Care is seeking a dependable, people-oriented General Dentist to join their established practice serving the union members and their beneficiaries.

A valid Massachusetts Dental License is required.

• The anticipated salary for this position is between $145,000 - $150,000 annually. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
• Fully paid employer benefits, equaling about $30,000 including:

• Fulltime 40-hour workweek, including some evening and alternating Saturdays

• Review medical histories, maintain patient records, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed
• Perform oral examinations, evaluate x-rays, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, costs, and insurance coverage
• Provide or coordinate dental treatment, including specialist referrals when necessary
• Accurately document procedures and authorize laboratory prescriptions as required
• Supervise, train, and evaluate dental staff to ensure quality care and compliance with practice standards
• Maintain compliance with clinical, infection control, emergency preparedness, and recordkeeping protocols
• Lead staff meetings, support quality improvement initiatives, and stay current on dental industry developments

• Current Massachusetts Dental License
• DEA License
• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
• CPR/AED Certification
• Must maintain licensure by completing a minimum of forty (40) hours of continuing education per 2-year renewal cycle.
