Role Overview

As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, as well as addressing malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and TMJ conditions. You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence.

You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver restorative, cosmetic, endodontics, implants, and other advanced procedures
  • Perform comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Identify and treat malocclusion and sleep-related breathing issues
  • Manage a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes
  • Lead clinical onboarding, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead Dentist)
  • Handle complex cases and member escalations with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited school; active license and current CPR/BLS
  • Invisalign certification; DEA registration
  • Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years of experience;
    Lead Dentists: 6+ years and leadership experience
  • Comfort with digital workflows and modern dental technology
  • Strong clinical judgment, trustworthiness, and team empowerment skills
