Role Overview
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in a modern studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, as well as addressing malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and TMJ conditions. You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence.

You may focus on delivering exceptional clinical care or take on leadership duties as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and ensuring clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver restorative, cosmetic, endodontics, implants, and other advanced procedures
- Perform comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
- Identify and treat malocclusion and sleep-related breathing issues
- Manage a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care
- Collaborate with team members to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes
- Lead clinical onboarding, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead Dentist)
- Handle complex cases and member escalations with empathy and professionalism
- DDS or DMD from an accredited school; active license and current CPR/BLS
- Invisalign certification; DEA registration
- Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years of experience;
Lead Dentists: 6+ years and leadership experience - Comfort with digital workflows and modern dental technology
- Strong clinical judgment, trustworthiness, and team empowerment skills

Physical & Other RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and perform fine motor skills for extended periods; effective communication; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
