What You'll Do- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of sports facility projects, from concept design through construction
- Explore new design approaches and develop innovative architectural solutions tailored to athletic environments
- Lead complex, high‑impact projects and serve as the primary client liaison to ensure projects meet expectations for schedule, budget, and quality
- Estimate fees, define scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts for highly complex projects
- Manage client budgets, project communications and documentation, and project team assignments
- Mentor and collaborate with entry and mid‑level architects in a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture required;
Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience required
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD required
- Excellent verbal, written, graphic, and electronic communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and business practices related to architecture
- Ability to travel required
- Registered Architect license preferred; LEED accreditation preferred

Salary Range$90,000 - $95,000
Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
