In the role of Marketing Intern, we'll count on you to:

Deliver projects from concept through completion. Assist others with projects. Develop marketing materials, including design/layout of advertisements, newsletters, display panels and proposal/presentation materials. Research paper options, printing techniques and digital media processes as necessary. Prepare work for output and meet with vendors to discuss and estimate projects. Ensure quality control through approval of proofs and review of materials.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts or related field of study or equivalent experience. Offset printing/digital printing/color correction knowledge. Ability to design in a wide variety of styles

Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite. Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc. Portfolio showing design experience. An understanding of branding/brand development, communications, and research.

Local candidates preferred.

Required Qualifications

* Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

* Attention to detail a must

* Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Basic Microsoft Office skills

* An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
