Job Description
The Project Architect will demonstrate proficiency in Revit and have 3-5+ years of experience in all phases of architectural design
. This role requires experience with construction documents and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants. Familiarity with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes is essential. Experience with S+T or Mission Critical projects is considered a plus. This role is 5 days onsite in Boston, MA.
- Utilize Revit for project design and documentation.
- Develop comprehensive construction documents.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Manage construction administration processes, adhering to codes and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in all phases of design, from conceptualization to execution.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- 3-5+ years of experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction administration and regulatory processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Registration or pursuit of registration is a plus.
- Experience with S+T or Mission Critical projects is advantageous.
This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00/yr.
