We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. In this position you will lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects across all phases from schematic design to construction administration. This role requires a combination of architectural expertise, project management skills, and leadership ability to coordinate design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients. Experience working across multiple sectors, including multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, and commercial.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through final construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure objectives are met
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Solid understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes
- Oversee production of design and construction documents
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and manage change orders during construction
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress for quality assurance
- Manage client communication, project scope, and expectations
- Lead internal design coordination and consultant management meetings
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project staff
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of progressive experience, leading architectural project teams
- Registered Architect or activity pursuing licensure preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Understanding of MEP, structural, and civil coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative and flexible work style
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
- Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
