Senior Interior Designer

Founded in 2005 by Tiffany LeBlanc has locations in Boston’s SOWA Design District and Martha’s Vineyard, the firm has transformed homes, commercial and hospitality spaces across the U.S. and into environments designed to reflect their owner’s lifestyle.

The Interior Design Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of interior design projects from concept through completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience managing high-value, detail-driven projects, coordinating teams, overseeing budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors. The ideal candidate combines strong operational with a skill set and understanding of design intent and company standards.

This is a full-time in person role.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in interior design project management
• Experience with high-end residential and/or luxury commercial projects
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD, Design Manager, Adobe Suite
