Responsibilities
- Lead the the industrial design team (planned team size of 4-5 people)
- Define brand design strategy and develop next-generation design language across multiple product categories
- Build user insight capabilities focused on North American customer needs and market trends
- Lead design-driven innovation projects exploring integration between cleaning products and smart home ecosystems
- Manage the industrial design team and optimize design processes for cross-department and cross-regional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
- 10+ years of industrial design experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Background in smart hardware or home appliances
- Proven experience leading mass-produced products from concept to production
- Strong knowledge of brand design strategy, CMF, and mold processes
