As a Mid-Level Architect at CUBE 3, you will work from the beginning of the design process through the completion of Construction Documents, drawing upon your experience in the profession and contributing to programming, design, and construction documentation.

You will develop presentation materials and create Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents, as well as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up model building, renderings, and Construction Administration activities, all within an established budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements.

In this position you’ll collaborate with a Project Manager and be responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation, and development of design solutions. You will coordinate with consultants, internal and external team members, and QA/QC teams to ensure complete project review and support the Project Manager across all project phases.

We expect that you’ll create, review, and evolve concept design options, assign tasks to other team members, and deliver within project schedules, as well as provide professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture and/or the construction profession
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School
