As a Mid-Level Architect at CUBE 3, you will work with direction from a Project Manager and be responsible for specific technical design aspects of projects including investigation, evaluation, and development of design solutions. You will develop presentation materials and create Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents, as well as AutoCAD, Sketch‑Up model building, renderings, and Construction Administration activities within an established budget, schedule, and programmatic requirements.

You will coordinate with both consultants and internal and external team members, work closely with QA/QC teams for technical insight to ensure complete project review, and provide support for the Project Manager across all aspects of the project. You will also create, review, and evolve concept design options, assign tasks to other team members, and deliver within project schedules while providing professional consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.

• Minimum of 5 years related experience in architecture and/or construction profession
• Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited Architecture School
