Consumer Experience Senior Product Designer
This role will need to be in the Boston area or in Somerset County area in NJ.
Senior Consumer Experience (CX) Product Designer, will partake in and realize the vision and responsibility of providing world‑class user experiences product design delivery globally for Sanofi products and ecosystem. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop amazing user experiences. In this role, you will play a key role in helping drive the future of the CX. You will collaborate with product design leads, research, product, and engineering partners across the organization to build consumer‑focused design solutions at scale while cultivating a culture of user‑centric design.
You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You must be able to lead projects forward in the face of ambiguity. Top notch Product Design skills/capabilities, Human‑Centered Design process and methodologies, a must.
- Leverage existing design system while innovating within its framework; establish new responsive/reusable patterns when needed
- Strong accessibility awareness and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across research, strategy, product, organizational needs, and design best practices
- Design comprehensive end‑to‑end flows with deep consideration for interconnectivity and holistic user experience across diverse user types
- Seamlessly join projects with validated low‑fidelity concepts and transition into collaborative working sessions to drive innovation before design sprints
- Design trust, transparency, and human agency into AI features (natural language search, smart recommendations, assistance tools) aligned with broader strategic landscape
- Previous exposure to data platforms with solid understanding of data concepts and user workflows
- Expert‑level Figma/Fig Jam skills (Cursor experience a bonus‑our dev team leverages this tool)
Comfortable in agile environments, collaborative by nature, skilled at integrating stakeholder feedback into design iterations
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field. Master's degree in relevant field a plus
- 5+ years of experience designing products.
- Dynamic design portfolio that shows your design process, and shipped products is a must
- Experience with iterative design sprints and lean, Agile development process
- Product Design skills and Human‑Centered design methods in practice that meet user needs and business goals
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex problems in developing holistic solutions for product and its UX ecosystems
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe creative suite and other design tools
- Knowledge and experience with Design Systems and all various platforms human interface guidelines: iOS, Android, LMS and connected platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and an ability to prioritize and organize to meet tasks and deadlines
- Experience sketching, concept creation and wire framing, producing IA, sitemaps and user flows, with tappable/clickable rapid design prototypes
- Understanding of web technologies such HTML, CSS and Java Script
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
- Must be a vibrant and engaging communicator who can present concepts and ideas to all levels of the company
- Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus.
