Your Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging professional with at least 5-10 years of experience who is self‑motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills, and can work independently. This hybrid role requires presence in office at least 24 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in the design process developing ideas, establishing design direction, and developing options that achieve programmatic goals
- Actively participate in presentations and meetings with clients or municipalities
- Take ownership of specific tasks or project components and lead individuals and team in design development
- Direct and develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
- Manage construction delivery and work independently to respond to RFIs, review submittals, complete site visits and prepare field reports
