Project Architect
Seeking an experienced Project Architect with over 8 years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Revit and have a background in healthcare projects or building envelope/enclosure. This role requires participation in client meetings and networking, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a mid-sized firm.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize Revit for project design and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and networking opportunities to foster business development.
- Coordinate with project management and construction administration teams.
- Ensure projects meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead the architectural design process for healthcare projects or building envelope/enclosure.
- 8+ years of experience in the architecture field.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Extensive experience with healthcare projects or building envelope/enclosure.
- Experience in project management and construction administration.
- Client-facing experience and business development skills.
- Registered architect.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Registration as an architect is a plus, but not necessary.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
