Job Description
Entry‑Level Architecture Designer – Boston, MA. Working with a senior architect or project manager to produce client‑focused design solutions, perform calculations, apply code requirements, coordinate deliverables, and support cross‑discipline collaboration.
Responsibilities- Work closely with a senior architect or project manager to prepare and present design solutions to team members.
- Perform basic architectural calculations, concept design, and drafting of specifications, graphics, reports, and data tables.
- Apply relevant building code requirements to designs.
- Organize deliverable packages.
- Write meeting notes, memos, emails, and reports.
- Gather and synthesize technical data on materials.
- Conduct field investigations, measurements, and element identification, translating findings into drawings.
- Maintain RFI inventories, transmissions, and schedules.
- Coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, landscape and urban design.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, or other 3D modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions and learn from co‑workers.
- Strong prioritization skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, Enscape, or other rendering software.
- Relocation not available.
- U.S. citizenship required for this position.
